Double Sofa and Armchair M&S - Oatmeal colour in Hove, East Sussex for sale

2 seat sofa and armchair in oatmeal colour - M&S Comfortable larger sized frame for both. They are around 5 years old. Have been lovingly used but still lots of wear in them. Originally part of a 3 piece but due to space, got rid of one chair. Originally a very expensive suite costing £3k at the time of purchase for all 3 pieces. Approximate dimensions below at largest point: Sofa 60" wide, 40" deep, 36" high Chair 54" wide, 40" deep, 36" high No rips or tears, not marks or stains, a couple of small snags here and there but from normal every day use. There are also 6 arm covers. Care instructions under cushions on both and swatch on chair for any small repairs to be made if necessary. All cushions are removable to hoover and clean the bases. The buyer would have to collect from Hove (station area) in your own transport. I would be more than happy to help get them out of the flat but unable to deliver. Only selling now as need smaller suite for space reasons. Price is listed but I am open to RESONABLE offers. This is also being posted on other sites.
