Nice Double room in couple friendly flat in Hove, East Sussex for sale

hi Everyone, Please read carefully as we don't have time 4 another person who pulls out ! we are looking for someone to share flat with. Either one person or a couple. Short or long-term - just one month notice. we need to fill the room out from the 25th of August. Great double room - approx. 5m x 2,5-3m, high celling, large east facing window - beautiful views over the back gardens , double bed and some shelves . Wi-Fi . Washing machine. The flat is located in the very heart of Hove, seconds from all cafes, pubs, shops of Western Road and of course the seafront! Just in between Brunswick Sq. and Palmeira Sq. you will be sharing with a guy ( mind 30') and a girl (early 30') . friendly sociable approachable types who like to call their flat-mates friends but appreciate our privacy too. we DON'T have a living room so the kitchen is the space all the socializing takes place so we are looking for someone house-trained who respects communal areas - meaning : no life size, dirty dishes sculptures on the side, please. Money: One person - £650 bills included couple - £750 (bills included) deposit - £500 looking forward to meet you !!! p.s. we cant take anyone who is on housing or any other benefits, really sorry.
